The film Chennai Express goes viral on the box office and grossed 100 careers in just 4 days of the release. The film beats the popularity of “EK The Tiger”, which crossed Rs 100 crore  in 5 days. The Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone-starrer Chennai Express  breaks all the records at its released on Eid-ul-Fitar on a record 3,500 screens in India and 700-plus screens abroad, including 196 in the United States, reportedly one of the largest global releases ever for an Indian film.

In the meantime on Sunday, Shah Rukh Khan visited cinema halls including Gaiety cinema, New Excelsior and Cinemax to thank the audiences.
