Nokia declared Lumia 2520 Windows RT 8.1 tablet with 10.1″ full HD Display.Nokia has also declared the Lumia 2520 alongside its mid-range phablet Lumia 1320 at the event in Abu Dhabi today. The Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet has been leaked several times and become much awaited tablet. Its Nokia’s first Windows-based tablet. It’s a high-end device with a 10.1-inch screen and five-point multitouch. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with MSM8974 chipset and runs on Windows RT 8.1 OS.The MSM8974 chipset in Lumia 2520 tablet makes it blazing fast and offers stunning LTE functionality. It has a 6.7-megapixel rear camera capable of shoot 1080p video. Other features of the Lumia 2520 are a 2GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, expandable up to more 32GB via microSD card slot, 4G LTE connectivity built-in, plus NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, WI-Fi, and a micro-HDMI port. It has a 8000mAh built in battery.
Nokia also introduced the Power Keyboard accessory, a physical keyboard along with the tablet as a part of a wraparound protective cover. The Nokia Lumia 2520 will be available for purchase before the end of this year first in the US and UK having black, white, glossy red, matte cyan color options. It will retail $500, while the Power Keyboard has been priced at $150. The Lumia 2520 is also pre-loaded with Microsoft Office programs, plus Outlook RT, and various Nokia software features including Nokia Music, Mix Radio, and Here Maps. Nokia’s mapping software has both on and offline viewing, plus it can sync information across to your phone.
