Gfive launches Bravo A2 Mobile phone with Dual-core Processor. Gfive has launched a new sleek and stylish handset called Bravo A2 with a high-end features. It's a very stunning device and has the capability of trio SIMs active simultaneously. Gfive Bravo A2 is an exciting device which features a 3.5 Inches HVGA HD Capacitive Touch Screen display and is powered by a 1. GHz dual-core processor. The handset runs on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, which is quite old. Google had launched Android Jelly Bean after ICS OS and a number of handsets accessible in Pakistan run on the Jelly Bean OS. Recently, Google has unveiled the latest version of Android that is KitKat, which is coming with high quality features and enhanced performance.
Anyhow, the Android 4.0 ICS OS is not bad at all. Other features of the Gfive Bravo A2 are a 2 megapixels rare-facing camera with LED flash and GEO-tagging, a 0.3 megapixels VGA front-facing camera for video calling, a 256 MB of RAM and 256 MB of ROM.  It also comprises a 5.5 GB of G-Cloud storage capacity. It also has a MicroSD card slot and expandable memory up to 32 GB. Gfive Bravo A2 has a 1500 mAh battery that has enough juice to offer approximately 5 hours of talk time and 78 hours of standby time. 
In terms of connectivity the Bravo A2 includes a Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n; Wifi hotspot, GPRS, GPS and MicroUSB (v 2.0). It is coming preloaded with social networking applications including Facebook, Skype, Viber, Whatsapp, Gmail, Google search, YouTube, Google +, etc. In terms of entertainment the handset has an Audio, Video player and FM Radio. The dimensions and the weight of the Bravo A2 is not known yet.

Crack Down of Google and Microsoft against Child Abuse imagery. The Google and Microsoft, the two leading search engine companies in the world, have started a crackdown against child abuse imagery over the internet. Both the companies have joined hands to clean up the internet searches related to child abuse images. It’s a vital step of the companies to make internet searches more safe and effective.
To overcome the issue both the companies have blocked approximately 100,000 search results over the internet related to illicit child abuse. The companies also warned that the child abuse imagery is illegal. After the blockage of the illicit content online no one is any more able to search those keywords related to child abuse rather they will be told that the sexual abuse of children is illegal.
This step of tech giants is regarded by the Prime Minister of U.K. David Cameron, who appreciated the new move by Google and Microsoft, but to do more to prevent people getting access to illegal images are also the words of the PM.
The executive chairman of Google, Eric Schmidt said that his company has cleanup the google searches and block approximately 100,000 search terms that might be related to the sexual abuse of children.He said of the people looking for such type of abusive queries they they will find no results that link to illegal content.
The present step of cleanup abusive child imagery is limited to English countries only, but the companies will move further by blocking it on the global scale and 158 other languages in the next six months. Similar changes are also happening with Microsoft’s Bing. The company said that they are closely related with google to solve the issue and their Bing search engine will also produce effective results.
The two companies have introduced new algorithms (software instructions ) that will put a stop to searches for child abuse imagery and Google is also testing technology to recognize and remove illegitimate videos. In a groundbreaking move, YouTube engineers have created new technology to identify videos made by paedophiles. The tech giants also have asked the help of UK’s National Crime Agency and Internet Watch Foundation in this regard.
The communications director of Google, Peter Barron said that the cleanup system is extremely effective and it would make the searches much more difficult to find  content related to sexual abuse of children online. The company is also showing warnings at the top of its search results for 13,000 queries.
The blockage or removal of the illicit child abusive content by Google and Microsoft is criticized by the different online rights campaigners, who said these precautionary  measures were more about preventing damage to the companies' reputations, and would not be very effectual in protecting children.
Despite criticism the step of  Google is significantly better. The company is doing its utmost to make the internet a safer and more accessible place for the people. I think it is a good move of the governments and tech giants to work together to eradicate child abuse content from the internet.

The minister of Information Technology (IT) Anusha Rehman Khan said that they are trying to solve the YouTube issue in the country. In order to restore the access of video sharing website in the country they are trying hard and are developing software for blocking blasphemous material from YouTube. She said, while talking to the media, that they are making efforts for YouTube restoration but is unable to give any timeline.

She added that the experts are working on blocking the website with unwanted material and approximately 2,700 such sites had already been blocked.
Anusha Rehamns further said YouTube would be restored in the country when all the blasphemous material would remove. She said that Google is also not cooperating with Pakistan in order to remove unwanted material from the website.
Pakistan banned the access of YouTube on 17th September in the country due to the blasphemous material uploaded on the video sharing website. READ MORE

The newly appointed Minister of Information and Technology, Anush Rehman Khan has taken a step to solve the issue of the ban on YouTube in Pakistan.The 4 member committee of information Technology headed by Amir Malik will try to find solutions for the restoration of video sharing website YouTube.  The reports of a local TV channel said that the committee of IT will ensure the
non-accessibility of blasphemous content in the country by analyzing
approximately 8 million URLs.
Pakistani government banned the video sharing website in the country on 17th September over Anti-Islamic film “Innocence of Muslims” that was uploaded on the website.
The government of Pakistan requested Google ( YouTube management authority) to remove the access of blasphemous content in the country but they rejected the request. PTA therefore decided to completely ban the YouTube in the country.
It is worth mentioning here that the former Interior Minister Reham Malik ordered to unblock YouTube in the country on 29th December, 2012 but the ex-prime minister re-imposed the ban within an hour. Read More
