Release of ‘Main Hoon Shahid Afridi’ delayed

Release of ‘Main Hoon Shahid Afridi’ delayed. The release of the movie ‘Main Hoon Shahid Afridi’ by Humayun  Saeed is delayed . The makers of the movie decided to delay the movie to avoid the clash with Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Chennai Express’. The movie Main Hoon Shahid Afridi was earlier slated to release on Eid-Ul-Fitar. The movie ‘Chennai Express’ is also scheduled to release in Pakistani cinemas on Eid after an import ban was overruled.

The writer of the movie Vasay Chaudhry told to media that ‘Main Hoon Shahid Afridi’ is taking much time to hit the box office due to the problems occur at the last minute.
Earlier it was decided by the distributors and filmmakers that no Indian film will be imported on Eid but the ban has been canceled at the last minute. Chaudhry added that there is a tough competition from the Indian film is also a reason for the delay of “Main Hoon Shahid Afridi’.READ MORE

No shut down of Cellular services on Eid-UL-Fitar: Nisar Ali Khan

No shut down of Cellular services on Eid-UL-Fitar: Nisar Ali Khan. Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said that the cellular services will not be shut down on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitar. He ordered the police officials to stay high alert and watchful to avoid any possibility of terror threat. As per the orders of the Interior Minister, no city will face the suspension of cellular services during Eid. On the other hand he said that the provincial governments could suspend
cellular services if they felt the security situation demanded it.

Instead of shutting down cellular service during Eid, the Interior Minister Nisar Ali Khan ordered the high official of security to ensure the security policy on Eid in order to avoid any unhappy incident.
